Who can upvote features on behalf of customers?
Any of your teammates can upvote features on behalf of your customers as long as they have a Savio account or you're using Single Sign On.
What's Single Sign On (SSO)?
If you implement SSO your teammates can authenticate against your app to vote, and won't need a Savio account. You'll need some some minor dev help to implement SSO. Read more about implementing SSO.
