Reporting and Scoring Features with .csv Export

At Savio, we firmly believe that your data is yours. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to export your feedback and feature request data into .csv files. In this article, we’ll explain how to export your feedback data so that you can use it. We’ll cover:

Why download my feedback and feature request data?

There are many reasons you might want to analyze your feature request and feedback data. Here are the two primary use cases.

Analysis, visualization, and reporting

You might want to build reports or visualize your feature request and feedback data to help you understand who is providing you feedback, how much feedback they are providing, and more. Downloading your data makes it easy to analyze your data in your favourite spreadsheet or data analysis application and get the exact reports you need to share with your team.

Prioritization

You might want to build a scoring algorithm to help you understand which feature requests should be built first. Maybe you want to build in the RICE algorithm or maybe you want to build in one that you design yourself. Downloading your data makes it easier to develop this kind of custom scoring to prioritize your feature requests.
